  • Tips and gratuities

Terms & Conditions

  • All payments are to be made in US Dollars, Euro or GBP.

  • A 50% deposit of the daily rates is required to confirm a booking.

  • Personal cheques will not be accepted.

  • The balance of the daily rates is due 30 days prior to the commencement of the safari.

  • Final game and trophy fees for animals hunted or wounded are payable in full upon completion of the safari.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Comprehensive trip cancellation and travel insurance is strongly advised.

Special Notes

  • Government legislation imposes 15% Value-Added Tax (VAT) on daily rates.

  • Trophies intended for export are exempt from VAT.

  • Bank details will be confirmed telephonically.

  • Please note that certain species require permit applications prior to arrival. Clients should allow sufficient time for these applications to be completed.
